You have increased your heart rate, started you metabolism and burned calories. Maybe gotten some fresh air, some sun and dodged a barking dog!
Speaking of the sun, it has a gift for you every time you’re in it. The sun gives us Vitamin D. Why is that so important? Well… when you take in vitamin D and combine it with calcium you have a body fat eating dynamic duo!!
Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t get enough sun and are vitamin D deficient. But Wait! Vitamin D…Calcium….does that remind you of anything? Here comes the GOOD NEWS….
